Can I change my shipping address?

Accidentally put in the wrong shipping address?

As long as your order isn't shipped out already, we'll be happy to change the shipping address.

Send us an email with the new order details and we'll make the modification to your order.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Does it actually work?

Yes it does! However, just like anything that's worth it, it takes patience and consistency. The time depends on the growth cycle your hairs are in at the start. It takes between 4-12 weeks to see full results.

How to apply?

It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3…

STEP 1
Remove your makeup with an oil-free makeup remover or cleanser.
Remove the roller from the packaging, detach the roller head, fill it with the serum, and securely reattach the head (make sure the logo and needles aligned correctly).

STEP 2
Press the button to release the serum to the roller head and roll gently over each brow for 20–60 seconds.

STEP 3
Rinse the needles and store the roller upright—button down, head up. Wait until the serum has fully dried if applying additional beauty products. Use once daily before bedtime to allow the serum to work overnight.

How often should I use it?

Just once a day before bed, for 20-60 seconds on each eyebrow.
